PES friends, our new Chromebooks are amazing! How awesome is it that we ALL have our own laptops to use?
That said, sometimes technology doesn't work. It can be difficult to know if we've done something wrong, or if there is a problem outside our control. So, let's see if we can brainstorm some strategies for diagnosing and fixing technology-related challenges.
